LipoTransport™

Most supplements don't survive the journey. LipoTransport™ wraps every active in a phospholipid bilayer — the same architecture as your own cell membranes — so it arrives where it's meant to, not where your toilet is.

ACTIVE core
01 — The Structure

A shell your body already trusts.

A liposome is a microscopic sphere built from the same phospholipids that form every membrane in your body. Each active is sealed inside that bilayer — structurally identical to the membranes surrounding your own cells.

Hydrophilic heads face outward and inward toward water. Hydrophobic tails lock together in the middle, forming a sealed, self-assembling barrier — the bilayer. The active compound rides protected in the core.

Because this shell mirrors your own cell membranes, your gut doesn't treat it as foreign to be broken down. It recognises it. That single fact — biomimicry — is what lets a liposome carry fragile actives through the acid, past the liver, and all the way to the cell, instead of surrendering them to digestion like a conventional capsule does.

02 — What It Does

Four jobs, one bilayer.

Everything LipoTransport™ delivers comes down to four mechanical advantages a bare molecule simply doesn't have.

01

Biomimetic Design

The phospholipid bilayer mirrors human cell-membrane architecture — recognised and absorbed, not rejected as foreign matter.

02

Gastric Acid Shielding

The shell protects the active through the pH 1.5–3.5 stomach environment and the digestive enzymes that destroy conventional supplements.

03

Lymphatic Bypass

Fat-soluble liposomes enter circulation via the lymphatic system, routing around hepatic first-pass metabolism entirely.

04

Intracellular Delivery

Membrane fusion releases the active directly into the target cell's cytoplasm — not merely into the bloodstream.

03 — The Journey

Capsule to cell cytoplasm.

The same route your own membranes travel — four stages from the moment you swallow to the moment the active is released inside the cell.

01

Ingestion

The liposome enters the stomach. Its bilayer is structurally identical to the gut lining it's about to pass through — no alarm, no rejection.

02

Gastric Survival

The shell shields the active from pH 1.5–3.5 acid and the enzymes that denature, oxidise, or hydrolyse conventional molecules on contact.

03

Intestinal Crossing

It traverses the intestinal wall through direct membrane absorption and lymphatic uptake — bypassing the first-pass liver metabolism that destroys so much oral dosing.

04

Cellular Fusion

The bilayer fuses with the target cell membrane and releases the active into the cytoplasm — delivered to the cell itself, not just circulated past it.

04 — The Difference

The old way vs the Spawn way.

Conventional capsule
~95% destroyed
Actives are dumped into stomach acid with no protection — denatured, oxidised, or hydrolysed before they ever reach the bloodstream.
LipoTransport™ liposome
~85% intact
Phospholipid encapsulation carries the active through gastric exposure and delivers it to the intestinal wall ready to absorb — exactly as engineered.
05 — Where It Matters Most

Not every molecule needs rescuing.

Liposomal delivery pays off hardest for the compounds that fail worst on their own. Three problems, one solution.

Fat-Soluble Actives

Large, oily molecules that can't dissolve in the watery gut and never present for absorption. The phospholipid carrier solves the solubility problem outright.

CoQ10 · Resveratrol · Curcumin

Fragile Peptides

Protein-based actives shredded by gastric acid and digestive proteases before absorption. The bilayer shields them through the stomach intact.

Glutathione · GHK-Cu · EAA

Large / Charged Molecules

Compounds too big or too polar to cross the gut wall efficiently by passive diffusion. Endocytosis carries the whole vesicle across.

NAD⁺ · Vitamin C · Magnesium
06 — The Standard

Engineered, then verified.

A bilayer only works if it's built right. Every Spawn Nutra release is held to the same discipline.

The honest part

Liposomal encapsulation is a delivery technology, not a therapeutic claim. It changes how much of an active survives digestion — it does not make any Spawn Nutra product a treatment for any condition. Absorption varies with formulation quality, dose, timing, gut health, and genetics. Spawn Nutra products are formulated supplementary sports foods under FSANZ Standard 2.9.4, not therapeutic goods. Not suitable for persons under 15, pregnant, or breastfeeding. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new nutritional regimen.
