Biography: Wipawadee Arnenio (Tukkie)
When you started training;
I've been an athlete almost all my life starting as a basketball player for my middle school team at the age of 15 years old which later lead me to be selected under athlete program to study and play basketball by my University (Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand) in which I was majored in Sports Science & Technology. After my graduation I pursued a career as a fitness trainer where I started lifting weights though it was only for leisurely purposes.
I took up a serious structure with weight training when I decided to compete in Bodybuilding in 2013 because I was working in an office job and started gaining unwanted fats and instantly fell in love with sports.
What you do for a living:
I am an Owner of a Day Spa & Lounge called Body by Brooklyn in Brooklyn, New York.
Your favorite exercise;
My favorite exercise is all heavy lower body work including; squat, deadlift, leg press and hip thrust. My best squat was 275lbs x 10, leg press was 550lbs x 32
Favorite Music;
My music tastes are so varies depending on my mood at time which could be country, pop, r&b, raggae or even hip hop lol
Favorite Cheat Meal;
I mostly go for authentic thai street foods but sometimes I will have some pizza.
