Jim Kotantonis brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in elite sport, human performance, physiology, and results-driven supplementation. With 26 first-place titles, international accolades, and NABBA Pro status, Jim has spent decades pushing the limits of what the human body can achieve.

Jim’s journey began unexpectedly—two months before his 21st birthday, he stepped into a gym for the first time. By his birthday, he was 10 kg heavier and buying new clothes. What started as curiosity quickly became purpose.
His background in state-level soccer and martial arts from age 10 to 24 laid the foundation of discipline that later fueled a bodybuilding career spanning continents.

Within 18 months, Jim competed—and won his first show. This launched a competitive legacy across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and the World Stage.

From Mr Victoria titles, Mr Australia, Southern Hemisphere, International, World, and Universe placings, Jim built a career defined not just by muscle—but by consistency, study, and mastery.

After decades of coaching thousands of people, from athletes to everyday lifters, Jim uncovered the same problem Greg found: most supplements simply didn’t work as promised. Under-dosed, poorly absorbed, and overpriced.

Degree qualified and Poliquin-certified (BioSignature 1 & 2, BioPrint, Strength & Conditioning), Jim spent years researching what truly enhances performance, health, and recovery at a biochemical level.

This pursuit led him to the same conclusion:
